At Cattus Viatorem, we take your privacy seriously. Here we explain what data we process and why.

What data do I process?

• Account details: name, email, language and password (encrypted).
• Purchase data: acquired portal, import and date. Card details are handled directly by Stripe and are never seen by us.
• Route progress: Which stops you've completed, to sync across devices.

Your location

The GPS location is only used inside your mobile to guide you and detect when you arrive at each stop. We don't send it or store it on our servers.

Purpose and legal basis

We use the data to provide the service you have contracted, manage payments and send you essential emails (such as recovering your password). We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties.

Cookie

We only use necessary technical cookies: the session and your preferences (language and appearance). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Vendors

Stripe (payments), our web hosting in the European Union and, where necessary, translation and voice services to prepare the content of the routes (without personal data).

Conservation and rights

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from the app. You can also exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition and portability by writing to privacy@cattusviatorem.com, and file a complaint with the data protection authority.
